TÁJÉKOZTATÓ

 

A Kormány az Alaptörvény 53. cikk (2) bekezdésében meghatározott
eredeti jogalkotói hatáskörében, figyelemmel a koronavírus elleni
védekezésről szóló 2020. évi XII. törvény rendelkezéseire, a 7. §
tekintetében az Alaptörvény 53. cikk (3) bekezdésében meghatározott
eredeti jogalkotói hatáskörében, a koronavírus elleni védekezésről
szóló 2020. évi XII. törvény 3.§ (1) bekezdése szerint országgyűlési
felhatalmazás alapján, az Alaptörvény 15. cikk (1) bekezdésében
meghatározott feladatkörében eljárva a következőket rendeli el.
 

Ennek értelmében 2020. május 4-étől az óvodai ügyeletet azon fertőző
betegségben nem szenvedő gyermekek számára biztosítjuk, akiknek
mindkét szülője munkavégzés miatt ezt igényli. Az ellátást csak abban
az esetben vegyék igénybe, amennyiben a gyermekek felügyeletét
semmilyen más módon nem tudják megoldani. Ezzel a csoportos
együttlét által kialakuló fertőzés veszélyét szeretnénk elkerülni. A
szülőnek írásban nyilatkoznia kell arról, hogy a gyermeke semmilyen
fertőző betegségben nem szenved.
 

Az ügyeletet kiscsoportos formában kell megszerveznünk,
csoportonként legfeljebb 5 gyermek felügyelete engedélyezett.
 

Igénye esetén kérjük jelentkezését megelőző nap 12:00-ig jelezze e-
mailben vagy telefonon.
